Hey! I’m Kurt and I’m a Portland-based visual designer. Currently, I’m working at Thesis as a Design Lead on their Nike Account. I was born and raised on the island of Maui and moved to Portland in 2010 to study graphic design.

I’ve been working in the design industry ever since. In that time I’ve held various design jobs such as print technician, web designer, package designer and even a sports designer.

I’m skilled at translating brand strategies into compelling digital and analog experiences, I have a passion for creating thoughtful, accessible, and evocative design solutions that both resonate and drive results. My skills may be wide ranging, but I feel the most comfortable when I’m providing art direction. I constantly flex that skill in my current position at Thesis.
